DAY 1

📍 10:00 – Meet at Yudonosan Sanrojo (Mountain Lodge)
🔹 Start of the training experience（10：00）

🕙 10:00 – 12:30
✅ Introduction to the training
✅ Waterfall meditation (Takigyo) at Otaki or Kanman no taki
✅ Visit and prayer at the Main Shrine of Mt. Yudono

🍽 13:30 – 14:00
✅ Simple meals during the training at Sanrojo

🕒 15:00 – 16:00
✅ Chinkon-gyo (Soul-soothing ritual)

🛁 16:00 – 17:30
✅ Reflection session
✅ Bathing in the sacred hot spring

🍽 18:00 –
✅ Dinner at Sanrojo

🏡 Overnight stay at Yudonosan Sanrojo

DAY 2

🍽 7:00 – Breakfast

⛩ 8:30 – Morning Ritual (Asamikesai)

🎓 9:00 – 10:00 – Completion Ceremony

🚌 10:10 – Departure

Cancellation policy:

• 10 days prior to the tour : 30% billed
• The day before the tour: 40% billed
• Cancellation on the tour day : 50% billed
• No show, no contact: 100% billed
